    • Our no-fee consultation benefits our couples for one reason only. For most couples planning a wedding is a first-time new adventure. We understand this and will chat with you to go over what your vision is, how we can assist you, and most of all this is at no commitment to you. ​

  • Planner + Coordinator for every 50 guests

    • Weddings have a lot of moving parts throughout the day. Our coordinator & planner combo allows all your moving parts to happen seamlessly. Without any major hiccups. Our staff is on hand at every point in your wedding. If a problem were to arise. Your guests and you won't have to go run around the venue looking for someone to assist you. ​

  • Unlimited communication

    • 1.5 years to 12 months prior to your wedding day you will have constant unlimited communication with your wedding planner. This means just before you go to bed and you have a thought for the wedding cross your mind. All you have to do is send us a quick message and we will respond as soon as we can. 

  • Monthly updated wedding guide and checklist

    • We understand that this is your first time planning your wedding. We have created monthly emails with a wedding guide to assist you in your journey. Along with a monthly checklist so that you can see what we have completed and what you need to complete on your end. No longer will you be pondering on what to next we have your schedule pre-ready!​

  • Unlimited face to face meetings

    • Not only do you have unlimited communication. You also now have unlimited face to face meetings with us. This can include just grabbing lunch with your planning team to discuss any family drama that you may be experiencing, any ideas you thought about overnight, or just need to vent. We are here for you day or night.

  • Assistance with developing your design

    • At Glamour N'Glitz Events we understand how the design of your wedding is important to portray to your guests the mood and or your personalities. We also understand you are not designers and probably have been spending hours upon hours on Pinterest pinning ideas. Now all you have to do is sit with us for a short time and we will will come up with an entire design proposal for you. Which includes vendors you can hire to make that vision come true and pricing. We have got it covered. 

  • Discounted decor inventory

    • Along with our design assistance. We have an in the house design studio. We are able to create your wedding design and provide you with a discounted inventory. Just for being our wedding planning and design clients. It will save you time and money. ​

  • Assistance with vendor & venue selection

    • Spending hours of research finding vendors/venues for your wedding can be daunting and extremely time-consuming. When you purchase this package our extensive over 100 vendor/venue database is available to you. If that worries you more, don't let it. We don't just hand over the list. We do the research for you. Then provide you with 3 options from each category to hire for your wedding. On top of that we also book your meetings and can attend on your behalf. 

  • Review of all vendor contracts

    • Reviewing contracts is very important. Which a lot of couples find daunting and time-consuming. Also, the amount of legal jargon can be confusing. You no longer have to do this on your own. Pass over your contract to our planners and they will review each contract and relay questions over to your vendors. We have read over 100 contracts and know exactly what we are looking for and what red flags are. We can catch them before you sign on the dotted line. 

  • Creation of wedding timeline

    • The creation of your wedding timeline is very important. This is your production schedule for your vendors. Without a production schedule, your vendors will arrive, do what they want, and leave whenever they want. With a production schedule, everyone will stay on track and your planner will orchestrate them to do so.

  • Floorplan creation

    • Floorplan creation can be a very intense task which usually turns into a whole day affair trying to figure out where your guests will be seated. With our program, we create your digital floorplan which in turn when your RSVP's arrive guests are entered into the database. This process allows you to digitally insert your guest's seating arrangements without any hassle. 

  • On-site venue walk-through

    • 1 month prior to your wedding day your event management package begins and is included in this package. Your planner and key vendors walk- through the venue to be on the same page of your vision. A plan is set in motion and your planner makes sure it is executed properly the day of the wedding. 

  • On-site management of rehearsal

    • Who manages your bridal party? Instructs them on how to orchestrate the ceremony? Your planner does! All you have to do is show up and look pretty and we will handle the rest. 

  • 1 week prior to wedding errand assistance

    • This is one of your best additions to the package. It allows the two you to relax one week prior to your wedding day. This means you have to get your haircut, nails done, massage or anything else. All you have to do is create a list of what you need done and hand it over to your planner to handle it. 

  • Assistance with setup and breakdown of the wedding

    • On the day of the wedding setting up and breaking down the wedding are the two most stressful moments of the day. With your planner and coordinators on-site these two steps can be completed without any of your family members or yourself being involved on the day of. Your family members and the two of you can just worry about getting ready for your big day! 

  • Onsite management for the day of

    • It is a wedding day! We are so excited! You should be too. Your planner and coordinators are on-site for managing your vendors, set up, timeline, floorplan, guest arrival, decor, and breakdown. You don't have to lift a finger. We have it handled! 

  • Communication with vendors and venues to ensure contractual duties are met
