Our fee breakdown is as follows:

$500.00 Retainer

+ additional rental cost determined on design.

+ Management fee starting at $620

  • Free Consultation

    • We understand you are probably interviewing many event planners for your special event. We want to get to know you and your vision. The only way to do that is to get on the phone and figure out what you want for your event. The best way to do it is FREE!

  • Planner + Coordinator for every 50 guests

    • We require staff enough for all your guests to ensure that there is always someone around to answer questions from your guests, handle mishaps, and to orchestrate the event without any hiccups. 

  • Unlimited communication

    • Unlimited free communication starts up 1 year in advance to your event! This is great and means you can message us day or night about any questions, ideas, or problems that may pop up. 

  • 1 face to face meeting

    • This one face to face meeting is at your venue, one month before to make sure we have executed your vision and can talk to your venue about any procedures on the day of. All other meetings can be done virtually. 

  • Timeline creation and execution

    • The timeline creation and production schedule is handed out to all your vendors to ensure we are all on the same page. 

  • Assistance with design creation

    • With this package, we offer our design studio and creation. The designers will sit and create a full detailed proposal with 3 different designs for you to choose from. Along with pricing and will make your vision come to life. 

  • Discounted decor

    • Since we have some in house decor we can offer it at a discounted rate. Saving you money from buying or renting from another vendor. 

  • Delivery of limited items to the venue on the day of

  • 3 design proposals

  • Event Management

    • This feature means we will be there at your event from start to finish. Includes setting up, production, and breaking down. Allowing you to be the host of the event without doing all the work. All you have to do is show up!
